來自台灣設計研究院的設計驅動跨域創新整合計畫「T22彰化B.S.T.計畫」。彰化是一個工業製造的重鎮，面臨產業轉型、競爭共榮等產業課題，從小型企業所擁有的經營理念與獨樹一格的品牌風格，進而發展延伸出一系列設計概念企劃，期許讓地方傳產企業的轉型創新，激盪更多的想法與刺激。 正強通風工業，是彰化在地老字號風扇工廠，2008年推出市面上第一個「移動式風扇車」讓工業扇以嶄新樣貌進入民間生活的百工百業。面對市場上大企業的夾殺，展現小企業在地經營的人情味。作為風扇車的創始研發者，雖然遭受抄襲、仿冒與削價競爭的威脅，但透過口耳相傳介紹而來的客戶，靠著品質、服務長久經營，走過30多個年頭，漸漸找到市場上的全新定位。 本計畫從「視覺識別設計」開始，進而發展系列宣傳延伸物，接著品牌網站、概念影片、紀錄片等，最後是預計乘載以上項目的「行動宣傳車」，希望讓風格正強的品牌特色與能見度大大提升，未來能參與各種地方活動，達成品牌與彰化在地更深入的互動連結。 <img width="7087" height="4725" width_o="7087" height_o="4725" 運用有限的車內空間為風扇搭建屬於他的展示台。增加空間的通透感，可更容易看見風扇的細節與與各式風力的體驗。正強的風扇擁有多種顏色可供選擇，製作成可磁吸的烤漆鐵片色票，可依色系規劃替換在展示板上，供現場客人做產品顏色的參考。型錄放置盒可容納多種尺寸類型型錄或酷卡，以因應各種不同活動之宣傳。 產品宣傳影片-風格正強 在任何你想得到的地方 永續的O，是從零開始的出發點，也是歸零的賽末點。 在這條邁向淨零（Race to Zero）路徑上，O是在這整個過程中，持續我們生活與文化靈感的指引。以「永續的O」為線索，探看維繫我們地球生命、文化資產的創意存續方式，文化產業不只是關於表演、藝術或設計，更是一種讓社會理解「永續」的溝通方式。面對淨零轉型的挑戰，我們相信文化可以用更有創意、更貼近生活的方式，透過各項藝術文化的示範性措施，展現文化產業淨零路徑的未來可能性。 本展覽以生態前台、文化舞台、產業後台與資訊平台的四個觀展區域，像是一場從舞台前台走進幕後的旅程。不論是路過的觀眾、表演者，還是展覽本身，每個環節都能找到屬於自己的減碳決策點。永續不只是理念，而是一種「一步一步實際發生」的路徑。 在展示設計上貫徹本展覽的核心概念，①大圖輸出使用環保材質－宣影布；②紙本的印刷也使用了馬鈴薯紙卡、植物纖維紙等環保紙材製作輸出物；③也盡可能的減少用黏膠的固定方式，改以磁鐵夾具鋼索等可重複利用五金作為展內固定輸出的方式，輸出物在三場巡展延續重複使用。相較於傳統展覽，已成功減少4968公斤碳排！ 從去年12月到今年6月 臺北➟臺中➟高雄 三場巡展已順利巡展完成！ 「未來基地」是一個關於地球現在與未來的對話空間。展場以「來自未來時光的未星人」為敘事主軸，透過他們的觀察與提醒，邀請觀眾重新檢視日常生活中的選擇與行動，思考如何以更永續的方式與地球共存。 外牆環繞於原有場地的巨大圓拱屋頂，像是一艘降落在地球的飛碟基地，展場空間以農業裡常用溫室結構作為主體，搭配橘色紗網的搭建，呼應著綠色博覽會『友善農業』的核心價值，讓觀者也能隱約窺見內部的展示內容，如同穿越時空前往未來世界的過程，成為未星人與地球人展開對話的起點。 進入展區，觀眾會先經過一條象徵「穿越未來」的走道，通往中央的房間—這裡是與未星人正式相遇的場域。外星角色以親切的姿態迎接大家，並透過旁側的字卡與導言牆，說明展覽的主旨與任務：「從食、行、住、衣四大生活面向出發，透過理解永續議題而展開行動，希望拉近「認知行動差」，在後續策展劇本中融入回應「懂」而後「動」的引導文案與互動設計，如展覽slogan 『懂知，動之』 <img width="2048" 台灣擁車率高、步行與騎行比例卻遠低於全球平均。展區以鮮明的色彩與數據對比，讓人意識到日常通勤方式與碳排放的關聯，並透過互動展示，鼓勵民眾嘗試共乘、綠能交通與步行生活的更多可能。 C.永續住居：此區域聚焦於家庭用電、用水與建築能耗問題。透過沉浸式空間設計與實際數據，讓觀眾了解台灣家戶能源消耗與全球趨勢的落差，並提供節能、節水與健康居住環境的具體行動方案。 山沐斯達，位於台中新社，以自產咖啡豆與日式烘焙法為特色的咖啡品牌。山沐斯達由Sun Moon Star音譯而來， 有如日月星辰輪流守護這片土地，老闆也親力親為照顧咖啡園近廿載，初次拜訪時，讓人難忘的是這裡綿延無盡的山脈以及遼闊的田野，一家人用心經營的咖啡莊園與咖啡廳，待客如朋友般溫暖熱情，老闆擅長的日式烘焙法，讓咖啡喝起來淡雅樸質而溫潤。無論是這裡的山、咖啡、人都有很深的相似連結感，都給人一種誠懇真摯、舒心療癒的感覺。 希望能夠藉由視覺識別包裝，呈現出「山沐斯達的感覺」，讓客人可以帶走一份這裡的美好，無論是山脈、風景、還是人、把這份感受，藉由品嚐咖啡帶入每天的生活當中。logo是山巒起伏與橘紅的天色，同時也是顆由綠轉紅的咖啡豆，代表咖啡種植時的色澤轉變。標準字設計為較扁型的字體，呈現日式現代簡約與農園自然的感覺。 <img width="3160" height="1960" width_o="3160" “牛根草社區發展促進會”在花蓮鳳林耕耘二十多年，致力於地方發展與長者照護。牛根草的南平據點是由廢校的南平國小改建成的樂齡學校，這裡的長輩充滿活力而且多才多藝，這裡是長輩們的生活重心也是不可或缺的交流基地。 遇到最大的課題就是：客家元素如何融入設計中？這裡的長輩認為常見的「客家花布」不能代表客家精神，反倒是每天吃的客家飲食，才是最貼近的客家文化。而我們每次拜訪，都品嚐了不少客家美食，其中有一種叫做「牛汶水」的傳甜點，以湯圓加上黑糖薑汁後撒上花生粒，這道甜點十分受到長輩們的喜愛，所以我們產生了靈感，想設計一款屬於牛根草的客家花布，以現有客家花布為基底，底色替換為牛根草專屬的草綠色，畫面裡充滿大大小小的油桐花、客家甜點牛汶水、鳳林名產花生粒、以及牛根草的LOGO與niugenchill的字樣。這款花布也應用於室內椅墊、窗戶貼花甚至是長輩們出外表演時的絲巾。 或許客家花布不一定代表牛根草的客家精神，但希望這塊花布能夠傳達牛根草的客家精神。 <img width="2000" height="1333" width_o="2000" height_o="1333"
